Service availability & restrictions

IBO currently focuses on coordinating services within the Middle East. Availability is assessed for each request.

• Country, city and destination
• Requested service
• Local licensing requirements
• Provider availability
• Applicable laws and regulations

IBO may request additional information before confirming a request. A request may be declined, suspended or cancelled where relevant conditions cannot be met.

• The service or required provider is unavailable
• A required licence or authorization cannot be established
• The service would conflict with applicable law or regulation
• Sanctions, compliance or other legal concerns arise
• Information is insufficient or cannot be reasonably verified
• The request falls outside IBO’s services or operational scope

IBO does not knowingly provide, arrange or facilitate services where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, financial restrictions or other applicable laws. IBO may review the client, destination, provider, transaction and requested service and may decline or suspend a request where a legal or regulatory concern arises.

• Eligibility or compliance checks may be required
• Reviews are risk-based and request-specific
• Restrictions are not determined solely by a country name

Where a service is provided by an independent local provider, that provider may be responsible for direct delivery and for meeting applicable local licensing and legal requirements. IBO may coordinate between the client and provider, but not every third-party provider is an IBO employee or direct representative.
